Cold, cold, windy, rainy weather. Yuck! Although, we should all be grateful for any bit of rain we get. Right now, I’m writing your nightly log and listening to the national news. George Clooney is talking about using his celebrity status to make a difference in the world. Go, George! Good looking and a humanitarian.
Here’s what we did:
Juniors: You took your FOTHOU quiz. I graded them and have them in the gradebook already. It was so clear those of you who listened the last few days, took notes, studied your notes, and then worked carefully on your homework. I will let you know your grades tomorrow. We then began watching the Vincent Price 1960 version of FOTHOU. HW: None and you don’t need your book tomorrow.
Sophomores: We finished your group analysis and you turned in your notes for a grade. Then, fourth period went to go see Ms. Canavan’s class production of “Macbeth.” It was great! Sorry, second period — we didn’t get to go because she doesn’t have a class that period. HW: Read Ch. 10. Prepare for a possible pop quiz on Ch. 9 and 10 tomorrow. And, make sure you have emailed your Pegasus entry. See details from Monday’s blog if you forget what you’re supposed to do.
Have a good night!!!
