TGIF!! This is the last thing I need to do today and I’m out of here! I think I’m going to end up seeing a movie tonight, even though, Friday evenings I generally like staying at home and relaxing after a long week.
Here’s what we did today:
SAT PREP: We reviewed the work you did yesterday on your pronoun case practice packet. I checked your index cards for week 7. HW: Study for Quiz 7 – words pernicious to rebuke.
American Lit.: You took your Rev. War Lit. Quiz. Then, I gave you handouts on: rhetorical devices, persuasive speech tips and topics, and MLK, jr’s “I have a dream” speech. No textbook Monday, but bring all handouts! HW: None — but start thinking about your topic.
10th honors Lit.: You took JE Vocab Quiz #7. Then, we had a great discussion about JE.
HW: Study for JE Test (moved to Tuesday!)
