What a blustery morning and day it’s been. Bring on the rain and let’s get rid of the wind!

Okay, here’s what we did:

SAT Prep: I put the key terms on the board for your test tomorrow, then I gave you the following websites for interactive practice:

http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/quiz_list.htm

 You had to go to the the Owl site and complete two worksheets, then you had to go to the second website and complete four interactive quizzes. Once you did this, you brought me the worksheets, along with your list of quizzes and earned 200 possible CW points.

American Lit.: Today, I called you each of you up to my desk and had you bring your work up. I gave you a CW grade out of 100 for your preparation (bringing all portfolio materials to class) and your work in class. HW: BRING ALL MATERIALS again to class.

10th Honors Lit.: You took your JE Quiz #6 and then you selected your committee (entertainment, food, decorations) for our Victorian Tea Party on Tuesday, 11/20. Yay! I can’t wait. Your plans sound great.
